1、 Shelter roof:

3、 Shelter box:
1. The box body is made of 1.5mm thick carbon steel plate, phosphated, and the surface is sprayed with outdoor powder. 2. 40W lamp tube is set in the box; 21 / large light box, 5 / small light box. 3. Two 40 W ballasts are set in the box; 11 / large light box, 3 / small light box.
4. The lamp holder is made of 1.5mm thick carbon steel plate, phosphated, and the surface is sprayed with outdoor powder.
5. A Delixi leakage switch and a set of OMAX time control switch assembly are added at each station.
4、 Shelter frame:
1. The outer frame is made of 2.0mm thick carbon steel plate, phosphated, and the surface is sprayed with outdoor powder. 2. The transparent plate adopts 8.0mm thick transparent tempered glass.
3. The combination of transparent plate and outer frame adopts K-type 3 × 10. Waterproof and dustproof rubber pad shall be pressed with zinc plate.
4. Gradient lace is arranged on the transparent plate. 5. Cloth pulling device is set around the inner periphery of the outer frame.
5、 Coordination between the shelter box and the outer frame: 1. The box and the outer frame are connected by hinges.
2. P-type 5 is added for the cooperation between the box and the outer frame × 10 waterproof and dustproof sealant strip. 3. When the outer frame is opened, it is fixed by hydraulic steam strut, and when it is closed, it is fixed by anti-theft suitcase lock.
6、 Shelter seat stool:
1. The seat stool is made of 1.5mm and 2.0mm steel plates and sheet metal, and is sprayed with outdoor powder after phosphating.
7、 Bus shelter foundation embedded parts:
1. The flat plate is 10.0mm thick and 380mm thick × 380mm × 1 carbon steel plate / column. 2. Vertical steel φ fourteen × 750mm × 4 threaded steel bars / columns. 3. The connection between flat plate and vertical steel adopts electric welding.
8、 Concrete proportion and pouring of bus shelter Foundation: 1. Concrete proportion: 1:3:4. 2. The concrete is poured in two times.
9、 All bolts (except anchor bolts) of the bus shelter are made of stainless steel.
